From June 29 to 30, the finals of the 14th “Challenge Cup” Shanghai College Students’ Entrepreneurship Plan Competition were held at Donghua University. After intense on-site competition, the student innovation and entrepreneurship team from the SAA, named “Zhihong” - a new generation aircraft system fault diagnosis and prediction AI platform, won the gold award for their outstanding performance.
Project Introduction:
The “Zhihong” system addresses frequent actual fault issues in civil aircraft systems by using AI technology to achieve real-time health diagnosis and prediction for civil aircraft. The core technology relies on the self-developed “Zhixiang” AI mega model, which effectively monitors the aircraft’s operating status and timely predicts potential faults by integrating multi-source data diagnosis, knowledge reasoning, and mechanism modeling. This significantly enhances aircraft maintenance efficiency and reduces operational costs. It has been successfully applied in the Boeing and Airbus series models of China Eastern Airlines and the C919 test flights of COMAC, verifying its significant benefits in ensuring flight safety and reducing maintenance and test flight costs.
